The event, organised by Seaford Chamber of Commerce, Seaford Town Council, Seaford Rotary Clubs and Wave Leisure also brings a flavour of the UK's summer of sporting achievement with an hour of children's races from 11.30am.

The day also offers the usual mix of family fun and entertainment with dance and sports demonstrations, live bands and choir, funfair, community stalls, free cycle tuning, free learn to skate sessions and free family Zumba.

Outside there will be the demonstration arena with activities such as Zumba, karate, kick boxing, several styles of dance and the children's races. Inside there will be trampolining, gymnastics, Zumba, kurling and line dancing, kick boxing, karate and learn to skate.

Our boys will be organising a touch rugby match at 1pm. Come down and support the guys. There will be food stalls and I believe a beer tent.
